Lectures are one hour and can be extended to two hours, incorporating some practical exercises.
Lecture 1: Sound and Cellular memory
Why do organ transplant patients take on the memories of the organ donors? How can ancient bones from the first century AD cause an examining scientist to feel they were speaking to him? Is it just the brain that holds memory, or every single part of our body at different cellular levels?
Sound healer Shirlie Roden talks about her experiences releasing cellular memory from herself and those who seek her healing sounds, and her belief that we hold memory from the layers of the auric energy field surrounding the body, right down to the core structure of our bones.
Lecture 2: Animus, Anima: Balancing the Male and Female
We spend our whole lives focussing on exteriors, seeking for the perfect partner and unconditional love, when in fact, all we need to do is balance and heal the male and female within us. Sound healer Shirlie Roden talks about her experiences of using pure sound to balance the two sides of the brain and the realisations this process gave her.
