Lectures are one hour or can be extended to two hours to include practical exercises.


LECTURE 1: SOUND AND CELLULAR MEMORY
Why do organ transplant patients take on the memories of the organ donors? Is it just the brain that holds memory, or does every single part of our body at different cellular levels? Shirlie Roden talks about her experiences working with sound to release cellular memory from herself and others working, and her belief that we hold memory in our body cells right down to the core structure of our bones.

LECTURE 2: ANIMUS, ANIMA: BALANCING THE MASCULINE AND FEMININE
Most of us spend our whole lives focussing on exteriors and seeking for unconditional love with the perfect partner, when in fact, what we need to do is nurture and balance our own inner male and female. Shirlie Roden talks about her experiences of working with soundvibration to balance the two sides of the brain, and the realisations she received during this process.

Workshops infoShirlie has developed a whole series of Sound Workshops based on her own individual approach and her belief that we are all healers: we all carry this ancient knowledge of how to use sacred sound within us, and Shirlie's workshops are designed to help anyone and everyone "remember" the power of using voice tones, regardless of your musical skills and knowledge.
